Autore

Dr. Praveen Kumar Shukla is currently serving as Professor and Dean, School of Engineering, at Babu Banarasi Das University, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India. He also holds the position of Adjunct Faculty at the SAU Centre for Research and Innovative Learning (SCRIL), South Asian University, New Delhi. In addition to his academic roles, Dr. Shukla serves on the Executive Committee as Secretary of the IEEE Computational Intelligence Society (CIS), Uttar Pradesh Chapter.

His primary research interests include Fuzzy Systems (particularly Interval Type-2 and Type-2 Fuzzy Systems), Machine Learning, Computer Vision, and Deep Learning. He has published over 60 research papers in reputed international journals and conferences. He has also contributed significantly to the academic community as General Chair of the International Conference on Computer Vision and Robotics (CVR) from 2021 to 2024, and as Conference Chair of the World Conference on Soft Computing (WCSC 2024) and the International Conference of Undergraduate Students (ICUS).

Harish Sharma is Associate Professor at Rajasthan Technical University, Kota, in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering. He has worked at Vardhaman Mahaveer Open University Kota and Government Engineering College Jhalawar. He received his B.Tech. and M.Tech. degree in computer engg. from Govt. Engineering College, Kota, and Rajasthan Technical University, Kota, in 2003 and 2009, respectively. He obtained his Ph.D. from ABV—Indian Institute of Information Technology and Management, Gwalior, India. He is Life-time Member of Cryptology Research Society of India, ISI, Kolkata. He is Associate Editor of “International Journal of Swarm Intelligence (IJSI)” published by Inderscience. He has also edited special issues of the many reputed journals like “Memetic Computing”, “Journal of Experimental and Theoretical Artificial Intelligence”, “Evolutionary Intelligence”, etc. His primary area of interest is nature-inspired optimization techniques. He has contributed in more than 105 papers published in various international journals and conferences.

Dr. Rammohan Mallipeddi (Senior Member, IEEE) received his master’s and Ph.D. degrees in computer control and automation from the School of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, in 2007 and 2010, respectively. He is currently Full Professor with the Department of Artificial Intelligence, School of Electronics Engineering, Kyungpook National University, Daegu, South Korea. His research interests include evolutionary computing, artificial intelligence, image processing, digital signal processing, robotics, and control engineering. He is Highly-Cited Researcher with more than 7000 citations and h-index of 40 as per Google Scholar. He is also Associate Editor for IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics: Systems, Swarm and Evolutionary Computation, Information Sciences, Engineering Applications of Artificial Intelligence, and Computers and Electrical Engineering.
