Dr. Salter is an award-winning computer science technologist with more than many years of experience in app development. She has founded two app-based companies (Citizen Alert Inc, Que Innovations Inc) and has worked as a chief technologist for a technology company and also a university professor of computer science in both Canada and Italy. Dr. Salter holds a certificate in Technology Entrepreneurship from Stanford University and a Ph.D in Robotics from the University of Hertfordshire.
