Yue He is a certified hospitality educator with the American Hotel & Lodging Association and serves as Lecturer of Hospitality Management at International Business and Tourism Management of Ningbo Polytechnic, China. She received her Master’s Degree from Dublin Institute of Technology, Ireland, and her undergraduate degree from Xi’an International Studies University, China. Her research interests focused on hotel operation and management and has published more than ten academic papers. Prior to entering academia, she worked in a variety of positions in the hotel industry.
