Yevgenia Chvertko is an associate professor at the Institute of Materials Science and Welding of the National Technical University of Ukraine ‘Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute’.

Igor Skachkov is an associate professor at the Institute of Materials Science and Welding of the National Technical University of Ukraine ‘Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute’.
