He has over 11 years of teaching and research experience.  Shobhana C. Abhyankar is a retired vice principal and head of UG and PG Dept. of Psychology, Fergusson College, Pune. Her areas of interest are health and well-being, psychometry, positive psychology, and industrial and organizational psychology.
