Engaged in ophthalmology for 30 years, proficient in strabismus correction surgery, excimer laser myopia correction surgery, cataract phacoemulsification surgery, eye tumor and eye plastic surgery, and the diagnosis and treatment of difficult ophthalmic diseases such as ocular myasthenia gravis. In 2018, she was awarded the title of "Outstanding Young and Middle-aged Doctor of Guangdong Province", in 2019, she was awarded the title of "Lingnan Famous Doctor", and in 2020, she was awarded the title of "Good Doctor in Yangcheng". In scientific research, she has been engaged in the research of eye tissue regeneration, the application of stem cells in eye tissues, and ocular myasthenia gravis. She has presided over 2 projects of the National Natural Science Foundation Of China; more than 10 provincial, municipal, and school-level scientific research fund projects; published more than 90 papers in domestic and foreign journals (including corresponding authors of papers in SCI including Biomater Adv, Stem Cell Res, Exp Eye Res, Expert Opin Ther Targets, J Tissue Eng Regen Med, etc.). She is the chief editor of “Ocular Myasthenia Gravis Zhou Qing 2022 Viewpoint”. Participated in the compilation of the 4th edition of the “Ophthalmology”of the "Fourteenth Five-Year Plan" textbook of the National Health Commission, including 2 copies of the paper version and the digital version.
