David Snider is an Associate Consultant at Bain & Company. He has worked on private equity deals in the consumer finance, consumer products and manufacturing industries. Chris Howard, Ph.D. is the President's Associates Presidential Professor, Vice President for Strategic & Leadership Initiatives and Director of the Honors College Leadership Center at the University of Oklahoma. He is a Major in the Air Force Reserve, holds a Ph.D. from Oxford University and an MBA with Distinction from Harvard Business School, and is a Rhodes Scholar.
