Designing a small home requires optimizing the space we have at our disposition as well as the creation of the most comfortable possible distribution. In this book we put together a selection of apartments and houses ranging from 150 ft2 to 538 ft2. We also show the current tendencies in apartment design and small size prefabricated homes both of which don´t lack any detail and the ideas they provide such as painting walls in light colour shades, knocking down walls, multifunctional furniture, etc… act as a source of inspiration.
