Pamela S. Salazar spent 30 years in public school education serving as both a teacher and a principal. She is anAssociate Professor of Practice at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, teaching courses for principal preparation. She regularly speaks at national and state conferences and consults with schools and districts across the country on school reform, developing educator capacity, and leading change.
