This book covers topics related to climate change, weather, greenhouse effect, solar energy, various cycles including carbon, hydraulic, sulphur, renewable energy conservation, ecology and sustainable environment. The contents of the book include pedagogical elements, such as exercises, tables and figures at appropriate places in each chapter, including problems and objective questions at end of each chapter, to aid in learning. Further, the unit conversion from FPS system to SI unit of each parameter, namely length, energy, power, velocity and pressure force, etc, and some standard constants used in examples are also provided in the book. Prof. Gopal Nath Tiwari (G. N. Tiwari) was born on July 01, 1951, at Adarsh Nager, Sagarpali, Ballia. Dr. Tiwari joined IIT Delhi in 1977 after completing his Ph.D. from Banaras Hindu University as Post-doctoral Fellow (PDF) and became Professor in 1997. To his credit, he has published more than 700 research papers with an h-index of 97. He has published more than 25 books and 20 chapters for various editing books. His work has been recognized by various agencies in terms of Hari Om Ashram Prerit S.S. Bhatnagar Award (ICMRI, Bhavnagar), Vigyan Ratna Award (Government of UP), two times Life Achievement Award (ISAM, USA), European Fellow, Faculty Research Award (Carrier-360) and nominated for International IDEA Award, among other prestigious awards. Dr. Tiwari is Founder Member of SOLARIS based in UK and organized three international and many national conferences at different venues. He is Chief Editor, Editor, and Reviewer of many international journals with high impact factors.He has supervised more than 100 Ph.D. students in the area of Energy and Environment.
