Janice Denoncourt, BA, LLB, LLM, PhD, is a Senior Lecturer in Law at Nottingham Trent University. She is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. Her specialist areas of law are intellectual property, company and business law. She researches, publishes and formerly practised in the intellectual property, finance and corporative governance fields. John Hendy, LLM, PGDipHPE, CertEd, LLB (Hons), FHEA, FRSA, MSET, is a Senior Lecturer in Law at De Montfort University. He is also the Online and Distance Learning Manager for the Law School and the Programme Manager for the Distance Learning LLM, MBA and MSc for lawyers provisions.
