Jim Smith is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a professor in property and construction with the Faculty of Society and Designat Bond University. His research interests include construction economics, project inception and design management. He has published in excess of 130 refereed journal and conference papers. David Jaggaris theformer Deputy Director of the School of the Built Environment, Liverpool John Moores University, Liverpool. His research interests include construction economics, design management, and construction procurement. He was the co-founder and Joint Chair of CIB-W92, Construction Procurement and serves on editorial boards of several international journals.
