Site management is an important and interesting field of activity for architects. Dipl.-Ing. Lars-Phillip Rusch is a free-lance architect and academic assistant in the Dortmind University, building process management department. His work as an architect includes planning and realizing museum, office and industrial buildings. At Dortmund University he works on property evaluation systems and theory in the fields of project control, planning processes and schedule and construction sequence planning.
