Autore

Dr Shafaqat Ali is an Associate Professor at GC University in Pakistan. He received his PhD in Crop Science from Zhejiang University, China, in 2010. He was previously the Agricultural Officer for the Government of Pakistan and has been a visiting scientist to the Institute of Soil Science in the Chinese Academy of Sciences since May 2017. He has almost 250 publications and over 6,000 citations.
Dr Muhammad Bilal Shakoor is a Post-Doc Researcher at the Institute of Urban Environment, Chinese Academy of Science, China. His research interests are geochemistry of arsenic in groundwater, human health risk assessment and treatment of arsenic and other heavy metals contaminated drinking water/wastewater. Sorption of arsenic and other heavy metals from water using natural/modified biowastes and biochar is also a part of his research investigations.
Dr Muhammad Rizwan is an Assistant Professor GC University in Pakistan. He received his PhD in Environmental Sciences from Aix-Marseille University, France, in 2012. He has almost 250 publications with over 4,500 citations. His research interests include environmental chemistry, production and application of biochar, remediation of contaminated soils, plant stress physiology, and air pollution and its effects on plants.
Awais Ahmad is an early-career Researcher currently working at Department of Chemistry, The University of Lahore in Pakistan. He completed his Graduation from Government College University Faisalabad, Pakistan in field of Applied Chemistry and masters in Inorganic Chemistry from The University of Lahore. His main research interest is in nanomaterials, Nanocomposite, wastewater treatment, Energy Applications, water splitting, Supercapacitors, Solar cell, MOF, single atom catalysis . He is also researching electrochemical sensors, electrocatalysis, and biosensors. He is also working as guest editor in Coating MDPI under title as Synthesis, Characterization and Applications of Coated Composite Materials for Energy Applications. He has 8 books as editor in Elsevier Underpipeline and 1 in Material Research LLA USA.
Dr Zhaohui Tong is Associate Professor at the Department of Agricultural and Biological Engineering, University of Florida, USA. She received her PhD?in Chemical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology in 2007. Tong's work includes the full range of products that can be produced from renewable biomass. In addition to her work with biomass processes, Tong maintains an active research program in the area of novel polymer, nanoparticle, and biochemical development.
