As an Adviser to the Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR) under the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India, Srinivas Raitha played a pivotal role in advancing India’s cultural diplomacy on the global stage. The result of this journey was his critically acclaimed work, Magical Spell of Charkha and Gandhi, a masterpiece in contemporary Gandhian literature.
