Company Excellence

“Company Excellence” is the result of the process of evolution and transformation for any modern company that aims to be a reference model for the competitors. In this book, the authors describe in a practical way the basic elements of a business change, starting from the transformation of the leadership concept to that of an agile and high-performance organization. Manuele Lelli currently is Vice President (VP) Transformation at Philip Morris International and is leading both lean transformation (called OPEN+), as well as the manufacturing sustainability and engineering functions.
Elvio Rocco currently is Director of Lean Transformation (OPEN+) within Philip Morris International and is a member of the Program Advisory Committee of the Executive Master in Sustainability and Business Innovation at Bologna Business School (BBS).
