Proceedings of the International Conference held in Rome on 23–24 October 2014. The main aim of the conference was to exchange and discuss ideas and experiences in order to ascertain whether a common theoretical framework exists that could serve as a shared scientific map for the field known as “performing approaches to language teaching and learning”.
