Ancora oggi, riguardando quei visi, amo pensare che la vera fotografia l’ho scattata l’istante prima di premere il pulsante dell’otturatore, quando i nostri sguardi si sono incrociati e un indefinibile legame si è consolidato tra perfetti sconosciuti. Una rapidissima scheggia di tempo, dove essi si sono lasciati fotografare dentro, nudi sotto i loro travestimenti. To this day, looking back at those faces, I love to think that the real photograph was taken the instant before I pressed the shutter button, when our gazes met and an indefinable bond was solidified between perfect strangers.
