Rose Mueller-Hanson, Ph.D., is Associate Director and CFO at Community Interface Services, a non-profit organization serving adults with developmental disabilities. Prior to joining Community Interface Services, she was a Director of Talent Solutions at PDRI, a CEB Company, and served in the U.S. Air Force. For over 25 years, Mueller-Hanson has dedicated her career to helping improve individual and organizational performance through better talent management. She received her Doctorate degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Colorado State University. Evan F. Sinar, Ph.D., is Senior Research Scientist at Amazon. He conducts global, mixed-methods (qualitative and quantitative) research on candidate and employee experience, leadership coaching and development, and selection interviewing, testing, and assessment. Sinar is a frequent author and presenter on topics such as generative AI, future of work, HR analytics, digital coaching, candidate reactions, employee experience, and technology-enabled assessment. He is a fellow of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP) and has served terms on the SIOP Executive Board as Financial Officer and Conferences and Programs Officer. Sinar received his Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Bowling Green State University. Elaine D. Pulakos, Ph.D., is CEO of PDRI by Pearson and an expert in building organizational and team capabilities that translate into business growth. Her research and writing focus on agility and resilience, assessment, and performance management, and she has authored several books and articles on these topics. She has extensive global experience helping companies build these capabilities to increase their competitive advantage and performance. Pulakos has received numerous awards, including the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology's (SIOP) Distinguished Professional Contributions Award, a two-time winner of the M. Scott Myers Award for Applied Research in the Workplace, the William A. Owens Scholarly Achievement Award, and PTC's Stephen E. Bemis Memorial Award.
