Brian Watersspent 15 years in the water supply industry, principally with Severn Trent Water, covering water treatment and supply, waste water and industrial waste treatment and the management of river and groundwater quality. He then joined the National Rivers Authority and subsequently the Environment Agency, gaining experience and senior management responsibility for all of the different functions across the Midlands. Since retiring from the Environment Agency he has worked in consultancy and training and as an examiner for NEBOSH.
