Dr. Rama Krishna Kancha obtained his master’s in biotechnology from the University of Calicut, Kerala, India; Ph.D. in cancer biology from the Technical University of Munich, Germany; Postdoctoral research from Technical University of Munich, Germany, University Medical Center Freiburg, Germany, and BioMed X Innovation Center, Heidelberg, Germany. He is an assistant professor at the molecular medicine and therapeutics laboratory at the Centre for Plant and Molecular Biology (CPMB), Osmania University, Hyderabad, India. Dr. Kancha has published many papers in peer-reviewed national and international journals, several chapters in books, and delivered numerous lectures at various national and international conferences in Europe and India. He is a member of the American Association for Cancer Research (AACR), ambassador of the European Association for Cancer Research (EACR), associate fellow of the Telangana Academy of Sciences (TAS), and member of the Indian Science Congress Association.
