The Five Temptations of a CEO

Andrew O'Brien, a CEO of a Bay Area technology company, is in crisis. His company is faltering under his leadership and he must meet with the board of directors the next morning. He doesn't know what to do. As Andrew heads home on the late night train, he meets Charlie, a janitor. Charlie begins to ask Andrew about his leadership approach, thus introducing the concepts of the "five temptations"--the five most common mistakes made by chief executives. At the end of the journey, Andrew wakes up, realizing it was all a dream, but he has learned invaluable ways in which to take the wisdom he has learned and turn his company around.
